Suzanne is the Head of the AI Ethics and Governance capability at Kainos, a digital services provider to the public and private sector. In her role, she advises clients about maturing their AI governance approach and the ethical controls in their AI development processes. In addition, she contributes to setting to setting the standard in Kainos internally. Her team at Kainos consists of governance professionals as well as technical experts. Suzanne brings experience from managing AI risk in the high risk domain of recruitment as well as from previous roles in equality, diversity & inclusion. Her focus is on bringing a practical approach to AI ethics, leveraging the latest and best standards, frameworks and techniques.
