Artificial intelligence’s (AI) integration in business is expanding across the globe, with over a third of companies using AI and an additional 42% exploring how it can be used to support business practices.
While this can bring considerable benefits to both businesses and consumers by removing the burden of tedious and repetitive tasks, streamlining processes, and allowing greater personalisation, the widespread use of AI comes with risks, particularly if appropriate safeguards are not implemented.
